When your Biketrac detects a drop in your bike battery voltage, you’ll receive a helpful warning text! The internal battery lasts for up to 30 days. 24-7 Operations Centre Our secure operating centre ensures your bike protected 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If the unthinkable happens, the BikeTrac team will contact you via text, phone and email, then liaise directly with the authorities to pinpoint your machine. Real-time Monitoring Once you’ve registered your BikeTrac, you have total control, 24/7. Edit your details, add loved-ones for notifications and even select the voltage threshold for receiving low battery notifications. Been on a ride? Look back on the journey and download and share the route. Bike Down Alerts If you have an accident, your BikeTrac unit will detect that your bike is down and automatically notify your contacts. Records Journeys Journeys are logged on BikeTrac's interactive map so you can log in, view and share the routes that you have taken and get detailed information such as distance and time. Subscriptions BikeTrac requires an on-going subscription to pay for the cost of data transfers from/to the device, and the central BikeTrac computer servers (includes test messages and the cost of the Secure Operating Centre). BikeTrac Lifetime warranty information - January 2025 All new BikeTrac units will now have a lifetime parts warranty for as long as the original owner is in possession of the unit. There&s also an approved labour warranty for the first three years (where a fault has occurred during correct use of the BikeTrac).
A new owner of a second-hand BikeTrac less than three years old now has the option to add Lifetime warranty for £25.
